Vince is a gem to say the least. This store is a bit out of my way, but I take the drive because of the amazing customer service Vince provides. He is so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He always listens to your question and gives you a genuine answer.

A lot of the time, yes. Cloudy water, algae that keeps coming back, scale, and a chlorine level that won't hold usually show up in the numbers. If it looks like an equipment problem, we'll say so and send a tech.
Both. Our own techs run weekly routes across the county, and our repair staff handles pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, automation, and leaks. Every repair is quoted before it starts.
