A weekly visit is not "toss in a tab and go." Each stop follows the same checklist so nothing gets skipped when it's busy:

Inland Empire summers run hot and long, and a pool in the high 80s burns through chlorine quickly in full sun. Fall and winter bring Santa Ana winds down off the mountains: a single wind event can fill a pool with leaves, palm fronds, and dust and load the filter overnight. Hard tap water leaves calcium behind every time you top off.
A set weekly visit keeps all of that from compounding. The chemistry never drifts far, the baskets never overflow, and a failing pump seal or climbing filter pressure gets caught while it's cheap.

A full clean and chemistry reset for a party, a listing, a rental turnover, or a pool that got away from you. Net, brush, vacuum, baskets, balance.
Algae takeover, usually one or two visits: shock, brush, filter cleaning between passes, and a plan so it doesn't come back. Quoted after we see it.
Cartridges pulled and cleaned, grids cleaned, DE recharged, o-rings checked. After a windy season most filters need this sooner than the manual says.
Fountains, spillways, and water features drained, scrubbed, descaled, and running right.
The first month after new plaster decides how it looks in year five. We run the brushing and chemistry after a new build or a replaster, whoever did the work.
Salt level, stabilizer, and cell condition checked on schedule, and the cell cleaned before scale cuts its output.

No. Most customers aren't. We need gate or side-yard access and a way to reach you if we find something. If a dog is in the yard, let us know so we can set up a routine that works.
Expect leaves, dust, and palm debris in the water and a filter that loads up fast. Your regular visit covers netting, brushing, and baskets. If the wind was bad enough that the pool needs an extra trip before your next visit, call and we'll fit one in.
Yes. Salt pools still need chemistry checked every visit. We test salt level and stabilizer, keep the cell clean, and watch for calcium scale on the cell plates.
Tell us up front. A green cleanup is a separate visit (or two) with its own quote, and then weekly service takes over. Trying to fold a cleanup into a regular visit is how pools stay half-green for a month.
Yes, any time. Cancel with them, give us the address, and we'll do a first visit to reset the chemistry and check the equipment before dropping into the weekly schedule.
Cleaning (brushing, netting, skimming, and emptying the skimmer baskets), standard chemicals like chlorine and acid, and a routine look at the equipment every visit. Repairs and parts are always quoted separately before we do them.
Yes. One-time cleanings, green pool cleanups, filter cleanings, and fountain cleanings are all quoted as single visits. No contract.
